SUNNY COUPLE SALSA FOR BEGINNERS intensive course: from 13.00 to 16.00
To Cubans salsa is about having fun and that really shows in Roly’s teaching. Everybody goes home from Roly’s lessons with a big smile on their face – come and experience it yourself!
• We will start from scratch, so you don’t worry, you will make it!
• You don’t need a couple of your own
• Voluntary change of couples, which makes learning easy and smooth. If you wish, you can of course dance only with your partner.
• N.B.! If you already know one role well, this course is a great chance to learn the basics of the opposite role — you will never be left on the sidelines, and it will strengthen your main role too.

BASICS OF CUBAN SON FOR COUPLES intensive course: from 13.00 to 16.00
Son is the “mother” of salsa. This Cuban dance and music genre was born in Eastern Cuba in the late 19th century. It reached Havana in the early 20th century and soon took over the entire island.
Son is more easygoing than salsa and there are less turns and figures than in salsa. Other major differences are the rhythm of the steps and body movements.
In this course we will practice the basics of son: steps, rhythm, simple figures, leading and following.

RUEDA CON ROLY 1+2
intensive course: from 13.00 to 16.00
RUEDA DE CASINO intensive course with ROLY GONZÀLEZ on Saturday 24.10.2026, from 13.00 to 16.00 if you are new to rueda or want to repeat the basics, for improvers from 14.30 to 16.00 in PORVOO.
Rueda is partner salsa being danced in a circle. The teacher is leading the circle by giving orders. Every figure has a name of its own. Partners change and there’s a lot of speed and fun! You don’t need a partner of your own but you need to have knowledge of the basics of partner salsa. If you are new to rueda, come to both parts, if you have danced rueda before, you can come straight to the second part if you wish.

Instructions for participating in intensive courses:
You need to sign up in advance by e-mail to info.bailamas72@gmail.com The places are filled in order of enrollment.
You need to sign up no later than 5 days before the course. The course will be cancelled if there are not enough people who have signed up before the deadline.
You can pay in advance to the bank account of BailaMás, Myrskylän Säästöpankki Fi83 4210 0010 1168 10. Bring a copy of the payment to the course. You can also pay by MobilePay or in cash, but please try to have the exact amount with you.
If you cannot come, please cancel at least 3 days before the course so you don’t risk having to pay for the course.
